You have a beautiful site to look at from your porch. I hope things are going well. I still want to do a post on you building websites.
On the tomatoes, I didn't know if you knew about the quick freeze method. You just put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the freezer and then freezer bags. When you are ready to use them in soups or whatever, just run hot water on the ones you want and the skins come right off, ready to cook
